UZEP: Higher Education Distance Education Platform

UZEP is a cloud-based distance education platform developed for use by all higher education institutions in Turkey. The hardware infrastructure was provided by ULAKBIM, while Sakarya University developed the software components. The system can be quickly deployed without requiring the IT resources of individual universities.

at Sakarya University (Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences). Previously,
I was a Postdoc Researcher at the University of Iowa Hydroinformatics Lab (2023–2025).
My research spans Hydroinformatics, IoT-based environmental monitoring, cloud computing,
blockchain technologies, and distance education platforms.
